Fur Cons I Plan to Attend

Wookiee If having a links page on your web site is an Internet law, having a Wookiee link on it is probably a furry Internet law. In my case, my introduction to furry was stumbling across Wookiee's site on FurNation. How real his pictures look never ceases to amaze me. The detail in the portrait he did of me is unbelievable. With his permission, I had it blown up into a full sized (2 x 3 ft.) poster and even at that size the detail is phenomenal.
Nakira Nakira is a character created by Wookiee. Some day, I hope, he will be brought to life in a comic or story or in some fashion. In the mean time, I added this link because of the "Horses" page. Scroll down to the bottom and you will find some examples of a bit of Wookiee's talent that many do not know. He used to do oil paintings of horses. It is beautiful and amazing work and those of us that know about it wish he would get back into it. Alas, so far, we have been unable to convince him.
Lionus Lionus is an artists whose work seems to improve with each picture. A number of his works also show a rather wicked sense of humor that I find most agreeable. The misadventures of Freaky Fox and his friend Lionus are particular favorites.
Firestorm Six Firestorm Six is an amazing artist that I met through Lionus. Check out his FurPark section. It's amazing and amusing at the same time.
Chris Sawyer Chris specializes in equines, dinos of all kinds, and the occassional bird. One of Chris' most recent creations is an anthro-equine named Shelton, a very handsome fellow indeed. But, the most amazing thing to me about Chris' work is his line art. There are few, if any, furry artists that can compare to him in this respect.

2, The Ranting Gryphon Trying to classify 2 is like trying to mop up the Pacific ocean with a paper towel. You just can't do it. He is a fur but his appeal extends far beyond furry fandom. And, while he is best known for his comedy shows, rants and Internet radio show, "2 Sense," he is also a musician and a furry artist. Alas, he's taken down his art work because he does not consider it worthy of display but, in my opinion, it is as good or better than much of the furry art work available on the net. Visit his site anyway because there is much to hear. But, be ready to hear what he really thinks about something. Agree or disagree, you know where he stands on any given subject.
