| Soon after I got my camera, it broke. Soon after getting it fixed and returned, I just couldn't wait to try it out. From left to right is a Hoberman Sphere toy, a lamp, and a Crackle Tube. |
|
| On the left, our still living cat I hate and dead cat I liked. On the right are photos from an expedition to SF to pick up a friend from the airport for a party (40'x120' or some such) that we went to the next day. |

Below are photos from (and one after) a loooooong drive to a party north of the Bay Area. It totally sucked ass more than any other party I've been to, but there were a couple interesting sights on the drive (hence photos).
|
| Over the years when going to various beaches (usually one beach in particular) I have collected a couple pebbles which I thought were pretty. Some find them lacking in beauty, but that's just cause they're not looking closely enough. This is a scan of my pebble collection as it is at this time. I warn you, the file is extremely large in order to show detail. Click on the left image to see the entire scan. Click on the right image to see 'smaller' image which is closer to the size of the rest of the photos on this page. |
| At the upper left are some cars on different occasions. I like how on the one occasion every car parked outside my apartment was white. Lower left is from a long drive to southern California to visit Spikee_Kingu. In driving down 101 it eventually runs along the coast and you can see the ocean. In the less-populated areas there's some locations you can just drive off the road and park in the dirt and walk 50 feet to the beach. It was spontaneous and pretty. Find the oil rigs! Upper right are some pretty clouds I saw on the way to a house party at Chiaro's. Lower left are two examples of some artsy sharks that were strewn around by the dozens in downtown San Jose for a while. Those two were my favourites, and coincidentally right next to each other. |

These photos are from a fucking awesome party where most people were in costumes. It also took place during the big Leonid meteor shower. There were two music areas, inside and outside. All these photos are from the inside area, but outside you could see the metor shower taking place as everybody danced. |

The last five photos of 2001 are grouped together only because they share the quality of being completely unrelated to each other. Well, except for two which show the aftermath of a windstorm that took place in the Bay Area. Extreme right is once again our dumb cat. Extreme left is a decoration as Futcion and I prepared for a big New Year's party at his house (which rocked). The remaining photo is an unusually picturesque view from the doorway of my former San Luis Obispo apartment.
