| Appearance: | Smooth, silver, bird-dogs. |
| Origin: | Kane |
| Background: | Rumor has it that the warwulf were in fact created by the Elder Gods to be their pets and servants, and though the Eldar are long
gone, the warwulf remain. It is said this is where they obtained their skill of folding space, a legacy of the power and majesty of
the Elder empire. |
| Abilities: |
- Able to "take the skin" of any mortal, wearing them like a suit of clothes, gaining their life and skills.
- Able to band together and bridge space
|
| Culture: | Warwulf is one of the gulgacht clans, in fact, the lowliest. They are used and picked on by the other, stronger clans. Decimated
by the War of Faces between gulgacht and deakand, Kane is dying, and for centuries the gulgacht have bridged space to other
worlds, both to feed their forces and to bring back livestock to seed their lands (read: human beings, mortals), and considering
this it is somewhat bizarre how badly the Warwulf are treated, since without them and their space-bridging ability, Kane would
be stripped of this vital "import." (see Kane: Where the Wyld Things Dwell.) To do this requires the planets be in a certain
alignment, a so-called "window of opportunity" which occurs in a cycle, and there are many worlds that Kane has visited over
and over again. The last visitation on Earth was some 4,000 years ago. When space-bridging is in operation, a mysterious
"Red Planet" hangs in Earth's sky, below the range of human visual acuity, visible only to the night creatures. |
| Weaknesses: | Kinda goofy, often unintelligent and careless. |
| Role-Playing: | Warwulf as a lot tend to be hedonistic, frivolous, impulsive and silly, doing whatever pleases them, particularly when taking a
mortal skin. They enjoy food, drink, sex and merriment overmuch. There are one or two more responsible warwulf holding
positions of authority within the clan, such as the Red One, who watch over the ancient places of the Elder Gods. |
