Splash by Lionus

Splash down in a cool lake.

This is one of my earliest leonine fun pieces. The background is from an -old- scenic calendar and the character is drawn in pencil, colored with a combination of red, yellow and blue, then cut out and stuck onthe picture with a small piece of adhesive tape on the back.

It is one of my first usages of a real background with a hand-drawn character. Boy, did I think I was clever back then. :)
