SUPERFUR

Gabriel Vaughn was always different. For one he was gay, and always had trouble finding someone to love. But he also had superpowers, and keeping that fact a secret was always a challenge while growing up. In his adult life, Gabriel did find himself a true love in the form of Vance, with whom he enjoys a loving long-term relationship. But he also started to feel more and more unhappy with the world around him. He would see disasters and crimes and feel guilty. With his powers, he could have done something to help, but didn't for fear of what might happen if the world found out just how different he was. Eventually, it became too much and he had to do something. So, with the support of Vance, he crafted the identity and costume of Superfur.

Superfur is super-strong, with the ability to fly and fire blasts of focused energy from his eyes. He is also apparently near invulnerable, and he has yet to find anything that can harm him .

SHADOW KNIGHT

Shadow Knight is one of the few heroes about who was around before Superfur's world-changing debut. But he was thought of as a psychotic vigilante rather than a hero. It was only after Superfur's appearance and the subsequent rise of superheroes worldwide that the media apparently reassessed him and judged him to have been a superhero after all. But the opinion of the media matters little to Shadow Knight. What he cares about is justice, and seeing that it is done.

Shadow Knight doesn't really have any actual super-powers, but he is in top physical condition, has studied and mastered a variety of fighting techniques and martial art, and is a brilliant tactician and strategist.

FASTLANE

Fastlane has the ability to move at incredible speeds, and may very be the fastest living thing on the planet. However, he has yet to test just how fast he can go.

Yet, Fastlane is very much a reluctant hero. His reasons for putting on a costume and taking up a superheroic life are not altruistic. He's out to save his own skin...

BLUE TORCH

After an encounter with a UFO, young fox Kenneth McCoy finds that his body has been merged with a strange alien energy source, giving him incredible powers.

He can manipulate his alien energy field in a variety of ways. He can use it to allow himself to fly, and extend it around others and carry them with him. He can use the energy to fire blasts of varying intensity. The field can also be formed into a shield that can protect himself and others from harm.

Blue Torch is very much a fun-loving and outgoing guy, not afraid to let anyone know just what he thinks.

BRUTE

Despite his appearance, Brute was once a panda scientist, Dr. Darius Barnard. But a genetic experiment gone awry mutated him into the savage-looking creature he is now. All his attempts to restore himself have failed.

But his transformed body does have its advantages. He is fantastically strong and almost invulernable. However useful this may be when battling bad guys, Darius is actually something of a pacifist. He hates violence, even when it's necessary, preferring to try and use his intellect to resolve situations whenever possible. Of course, he's not always successful and is sometimes forced to resort to using his fists to get the job done.

ENFORCER

Enforcer is essentially a super-powered law-enforcement officer. He is the product of the top secret government-funded 'Project: Enforcer'. He was granted enhanced stength, agility and healing abilities after being injected with a series of experimental drugs and serums. Unfortunately, the project also erased his memories, leaving him with no knowledge of who he was before he became the Enforcer.

When the project was unable to recreate the success they had with Enforcer, their funding was withdrawn and they attempted to terminate him. Instead he escaped and went into hiding. Then, when Superfur and various other superheroes began to appear in the world, he realised he didn't have to spend the rest of his life in hiding. He could use his abilities to do some good in the world as the Enforcer...

STEEL TIGER

Steel Tiger's hi-tech armour is equipped with flight capabilities as well as a variety of built in weapons and gadgets. Beyond that, little is known about him. He's very secretive...

KRYN

Kryn is an ancient warrior, dating back to a previous age of super-powered heroes in the distant past. However, an encounter with an enemy left his physical form destroyed and his spiritual essence trapped within his mask.

Now, in the present, he has returned. When his mask was discovered and tried on by archaeologist Professor Byron Furst, Kryn's essence was reawakened and bonded to the professor's physical form. Now they are forced to share the same body as Kryn resumes his sworn duty to battle the forces of evil.
