They are foxes with many human physical, mental and emotional traits. There are bits here and there about a story now called Wing Of Destiny:Foxphoenix. This story is about a (fox) boy named Hanzo and the events that happen in his journey to avenge the death of his family and how he got involved in a great and old power struggle.
