(A strange little fellow from Austin
Got internet web space and tossed in
A page for his art
And a comic strip part,
But his personal page was just frostin'.)

Disturbing Links

You really ought to go by Main's Dark Fun Stuff Domain. His "Fun Stuff To Do Around the Net" by itself makes the page worth bookmarking for every day!

Karen's Krypt is a great place to begin your virtual trick-or-treating. She has a great set of links to Halloween eCard Pages!

Of course, what better place is there than The Dark Side of the Web from which to plumb the ghastliest, ghouliest and gothiest spots on the net? Carrie has more Halloween links than you could ever hope to follow on a 28.8.

I'm hardly faint-of-heart, but some of these links give me nightmares.

Eerie stuff for all ages lurks at Halloween-O-Webbery!

A nice, strictly Halloween-oriented links page is sponsored by the Nightmare Factory right here with me in Austin, Texas.

Well, okay, Excite's A Very Elvira Halloween is lame. But I lusted hard after this camp queen when I was a teenager, so she holds a special place in my, um, heart. (Elvira does have an official web page, if you're a masochist.)

Harrowing Experiences

The Trick, by the inimitable (or maybe not) Jack Chick, is a must read. It's for your own good, you know. And if you enjoy that one, gobble up Boo! and Happy Halloween. It just may save your soul.

Then again, there's always merriment to be found at Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. What, you say? For Halloween? Believe it. It's chilling fun! (Get it? Chilling? I kill myself.)

This horror speaks for itself. Not for the faint of heart.

And for you Lovecraftsmen, it's worth your time to visit both the hallowed halls of Miskatonic University and the horridly revealing Necromicon FAQ (not to be confused with the book known as the Necronomicon, the ghastly details which can be found at my own Halloween site.).

CREEPY Magazine ... yes! It's not exactly a full issue, but its very existence on the net brings a delightful chill to my blood.

This fella named Michael R. Gates has a slick Halloween page. It's worth a visit, even if it's really more style than substance (which leads one to wonder if Michael is related to a certain other chap named Gates?).

You just never know when you may need a full hypertext version of the Egyptian Book of the Dead. (Not many people are aware that the original hieroglyphics were in hypertext, too.)

Shrieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!

Or simply experience the everyday nightmare that's evidenced by my own Index Page.

What? Copyright this? It's just a bunch of links! Well, okay, if you insist.

(Okay, I confess, I stole the animated bat gif from Karen's Krypt. It was just too cute.)
