James Wolf and Mutant Cat went trick-or-treating in northern Virginia.
WolfGuy, a new suit, showed up at a deaf party in the area. All were pretty
much a hit, with Mutant Cat being joined by a female vampire. As it turns
out, this female vampire took tips from Mutant!
September 2000
James Wolf made an appearance in the MFM
2000 masquerade, and got 'cleaned
up' by Tyger Cowboy. He also showed up at a wedding reception by his
nephew, but couldn't stay long due to the rudeness of the kids...
June 2000
Anthrocon 2000 was a blast! I debuted James Wolf, my new suit, made
from that bodysuit I had been working on earlier. Finally got a chance to
meet up with more people I'd only met on the IRC.
April 2000
I attended ConFurence 11! This was an interesting time... Another
congoer and I went to Disneyland the week after the con.
March 2000
I attended Millennicon -1 in Cincinnati, OH. Mutant Cat and WerGoyle
showed up, with WerGoyle winning an award in the masquerade. Too bad that
Kings Island wasn't open, otherwise we'd have taken it over.
February 2000
Mutant Cat and I attended a local deaf Mardi Gras party. This time he
won third place.
January 2000
So I didn't do much for the next few months. I managed to improve Mutant
Cat in this time, redoing part of his makeup, paws, chestfur, and neckfur.
I also went out to Further Confusion in San Mateo, CA.
Mutant was invited out to a local daycare. It was this time that he found
that he had a somewhat rocker look, when one of the parents that picked up
their kids remarked that he looked like someone from KISS or Aerosmith.
[chuckles] He had an earlier problem with a wig, forcing him to use that.
