I had to run out in public for a bit, before going out to my deaf club's Easter party dressed as an Easter Bunny. I tried going out to the local mall, but never had a chance. I made a hood out of the bunny fur I had, and bought a pair of bunny ears from a local costume shop. Then the hood and ears were sprayed with gray hairspray, to match up with the bodysuit. So I didn't get gray fur... I nearly had a few kids hug me, and management at a couple stores, including a Kroger grocery store, loved it. I spent an hour putting it on. I'm not sure I should have put in the black eye. Even my mom and her friend got into the act, as well as our twin neighbor girls, since moved away before I could get this pic to them.

Out at the deaf club, it went over HUGE! Two people took their pics with me and I had one little girl stare at me the entire time. One person decided to take this pic of me munching. Only three people were there, all suited up to an extent, when we all went up for judging. So, we three got $5 each.

After only 6 hours, I was forced to take it off due to some problems. I could handle getting warm in the suit, but my hearing aids were beginning to complain and go screwy. Not only that, the hood's velcroed front was getting undone, even though I had a black pet collar to help hold it on. To make things worse, I was having a runny nose. Sniffing it back up made it worse.
