I first started drawing cartoon animals and other anthropomorphic creatures out of my fantasies when I was a teenager in the late 60's/early 70's. Between 1980 and 2000, I would draw and paint for a few hours nearly every day, it was an exciting - one could even say magical - part of my daily life. In recent years, though my obsession with these kinds of creatures remains as strong as ever, I found myself drawing less and less frequently, finally not at all anymore. This seems to be part of the natural course of things and it's actually sort of a relief to be done with it! BD, 18 November 2008.
What you find here will be a small selected archive of my drawings, mostly made between 1980 and 2000.
