Powers: He can morph his hands and forearms into just about any shape that his mind can concieve.  When he does this they take on a metallic property.  Examples of uses he has found for them are claws, forearm blades, swords, and wings (with which he can glide).

Fighting Style: Warren was a shodan (first degree black belt) in shotokan karate about the time that the bomb was dropped however since then he has trained extensively with Jordan to hone his skills.   Also since the emergence of his powers he has specialized in weapons specifically bladed ones.

Background

Before the explosion occurred Warren was a recombinant molecular geneticist working at Genutech Industries.   Unfortunately when the explosion occurred  his DNA was mixed with one of his test subjects.  As a result he became half rooster-half human.  Soon after that his and Jordan's powers began to emerge.  He found that if he concentrated he could make his forearms and hands change form.  He could increase their thickness and density making them strong enough to punch through 6" concrete or create blades that can cut through metal.  After the exodus occurred he and his mate,Jordan,  found that not only had the basement facility of the Genutech building survived the blast and was intact complete with its own replicator, it had also been completely abandoned.   They decided to use its resources to learn more about what they had become and to train in the use of their new powers. When the Death Land Gang began their attacks, he and Jordan decided to offer their services to help defend the city.  His quest to stop the threat that the DLG pose will  cause him to question everything he knows about himself and his past.
