Powers: Using his wings Sonar gained the gift of powered flight.  Like a bat he can use echolocation to navigate in the dark.  His powers are a general enhancement of his natural attributes the most obvious are super human voice projection abilities. He can focus his voice into a force blast that can punch through rock. He can modulate his voice into ranges much higher than the human ear can hear.  The result can do anything from putting subliminal commands into the minds of his opponents, to making their heads explode. 

Fighting Style: He doesn't have any formal martial arts training.  He generally teaches himself any techniques that he believes may be useful.  He has mastered the use of a 6' double spade-bladed bo staff which was given to him as a gift.

Background

Sonar thrives in the dark.  He stalks his enemies under its cover, striking unexpectedly like a predator.  However, he was not always like this, once he was happy.  When he had his wife Kim by his side.  He had had a difficult time accepting his change.   He believed that he had lost his humanity, that his life had been irrevocably ruined,  but with the help of Kim and some friends he survived.  Since then he had just wanted to live with her in peace, thus he tried his best to ignore the war that was brewing around him.  If trouble came their way he would protect his wife and   himself, but he believed that the threat that the Death Land Gang posed was not his concern since  they lived apart  from the gangs.  However, one fateful night the threat made itself his concern.  During an attack by the  DLG his wife was shot and killed while saving his life.  Now he is alone. Without the love of his life by his side.  The DLG will be made to pay!
