1. No spooge! I don't have any objections to it as a whole, but I just don't feel like doing spooge commissions, so don't even ask. Nudity is okay as long as it is tasteful.

2. All reproductive rights to the final artwork remain with me. I reserve the right to display, make prints of, and otherwise do stuff with the image. (I will not make prints of artwork of your original characters, but would like to display it on my webpage.) 

3. Please consider my style when making commission requests.  I am probably not your best bet for cyberpunk, mecha, or angsty dark gloom.  I do mostly happy, fun-loving furries. I don't mind stretching my style on occasion, but let's keep it within reason.

4. I do have kids and other "real-life" commitments, so there are going to be times when I just can't turn things around as fast as you might like.  Please don't be disappointed if the timeframe I offer you is longer than you had hoped for, especially around major holidays, the beginning of the school year, and during the monsoon. (Have you ever smelled wet fur?)

1. If you are interested in a commission, and have read all the information above, go ahead and email me with your request.  Please be as specific as possible about the number and style of subjects, requested media, size, and preferred background - these may affect the price. If you are requesting a drawing of an existing character that is not my own, links to images of the character would also be a big help.

2. After I receive your request, I will assess my workload and schedule and email you back with a final price (based on the information you provided) and estimated time frame. If there is some reason I am unable or unwilling to honor your request, I will let you know at this time.

3. If the price and time frame are agreeable to you, I will draw up some rough sketches for your approval. (You may need to email me more detail about your request if your first email was not specific enough.)

4. Once you have approved a sketch, I do request that 25% of the commission price be sent to me.  (The remainder will be due once the piece is completed, before shipment.) This retainer is not refundable. 

5. Once the final drawing is completed, I will email you a low-res scan of the picture for final approval. At this time, I will request the remainder of the payment be sent to me; once this payment is received, I will ship the artwork out to you via Priority Mail, insured and with delivery confirmation.
