| Commission Procedure 1) Please e-mail a detailed description of your character, reference pictures (if any), and how you want the picture to look like to luna_highwind@yahoo.com. Note: I reserve the right to refuse any application as I wish. 2) You will be contacted with regard to whether your application was accepted or rejected.. 3) I will estimate the cost of your commission, and update you on the status of your picture. I will make scans of rough sketches and samples of work in progress for you to make sure it is going the way you like. Please do NOT send any payment to me until the picture is complete (it kind of puts the pressure on me - and you don't want me to rush on a picture, trust me)! 4) Upon completion of your picture, a sample image of the final piece will be sent to you via e-mail. You are free to request for changes or corrections as you see fit. Once you are satisfied with the result, you may send your payment. Payment information will be provided in e-mail. 5) You will receive the full-sized scan of your picture in e-mail (150-300 dpi scans, depending on detail level). |

| Additional Characters Each additional character in a single picture will cost the same as a separate piece, but the background cost is not effected. For example, a digital color piece containing 2 characters and a background will cost: $35 (per character) x 2 + $10 (Background) = $80 Headshots A headshot is a simple picture that contains your character's face only. Headshots are ideal for use as profile pictures on forums, online journals, etc. Headshots are half the price of full-body pictures of that commission category (i.e. Inked Headshot $5, Shaded Headshot $9) Originals The original sketches will not be mailed to the commissioner unless specified. Please let me know if you wish to receive the original sketch. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost. Commission Cancellation If for any reason you wish to cancel your commission after I have already started on it, feel free to e-mail me. In most cases I won't hold you responsible for any charges unless I've already made significant progress in completing your picture. |
