Xylen says, "Well, I caught the inital flames coming across the list earlier today and sent that email to you three. I say until further notice. We need to make sure he's not going to start his stuff again."
EvilAndy squeaks, "I can't believe he's forced us to do this. How the hell are we gonna break this to him?"

Xylen says, "Well, we just break it to him that with his current actions he's left us with no choice as we have to act in the best intrests of ARF."
Quasi churrs, "I have already told SP tht we are voting on this."
EvilAndy squeaks, "Well, I believe that the motion, as it were, has already passed. We just need to decide how long it's gonna be."
Quasi churrs, "Well..there are now three things up before us: 1. Is Sp removed from the list? 2. If he withdraws, will that be good enough for him to stay? 3. if he is removed, for how long will he be removed? We need to vote on each in order."
Eddie_Canis , "ok removed as in no post or removed as in no read? "
Xylen says, "I would vote for total removal otherwise posts from Tygs and Spike could cause him to start emailing them privately."
EvilAndy squeaks, "It would probably be best if we worded it as a 'suspension.'"
Xylen nods,"That sounds better. I know what you're saying with letting him stay if he withdraws, but we've already committed to keeping flames like those off the list and we said he would be suspended if it happened and it has so we need to stick by our guns."
Eddie_Canis , "your right, sad as it is to say, your right , a suspention of services.  but may I Add he can still host events if he wants to he just has to e-mail one of us and we will post it for him (kind of like what another admin is doing for another problem fur)"

Quasi churrs, "no screening of posts. He has to email us, if he wants to put it up. That's not the same as screening."

Xylen says, "On that point, I say we need to suspend him from the list at least for a while. Just to put some teeth into the 'no flame' policy. It's something we essentially committed to to Tygs so we need to back that up."
