Penny is a student at the first grade in the Prime Center, She's an average student, who likes to draw and paint a lot. She dreams to become a great artist someday

She lives in one of the apartments buildings near Prism with Shiroi, a 18 year old guy. He taked care of her since she was very litlle, and treat her like his young sister. No one knows how she comes to live with him and who were her true parents. Like if they never existed and if she camed out of nowere.

Even she never meet her parents, she never seems to miss them and lives with joy every new day. She became Nerie's only friend soon after she meet her in the Center. How she do that and the conection beetwent both of them is still a mistery

Powers: She doesn't have any visible power, but strangely, she shares some of Naeries abylities
