Classic Dahlia

Created September 2001

I have always been fond of the classic pinups of Vargas, Elvgren, and their contemporaries. This is an attempt to render my skunk Dahlia in a similar style. Dahlia sits at her toilette in maribou and chiffon. Prismacolor markers and colored pencils (no pen!) on Bristol Board.
