Athalon's Music
Athalon started his love of music at about the age of 4. With only a kit's toy piano, and all by himself, he discovered tertian-harmony, basic counterpoint, and symmetric chords. His obsession with new and interesting note-combinations shows in a great deal of his music. Ath's styles range through New Age, rock, baroque and jazz. Below is a place to play or download some of his compositions and Midi recordings.

Friends' Music
- Delphinus Fin is a wonderful, smart furre - aquatic, too! Rich, well-paced, inventive compositions - complex dance and ambiance music that's surprisingly transparent, too. I love this stuff!
- Trek (aka Luke Lenhart) is a cool [Canal] furre who composes substantial, intelligent, thoughtful music. Shifting, moving centers, and soundscapes. And a nice guy, too.
- Alzheim (Pasi Sivula)(his pic) composes in various genres, and has considerable talent on the piano. Don't miss 'Egwene.mid' Wheel of Time fan.
- Fredrik Moernestedt (his pic) writes interesting music, well crafted. Stasis balances flow. Another Wheel of Time fan.
- Quirien Daehla Sedai is one of the few female composers I've met. If rock music can be called graceful, she's got it down. Wheel of Time fan.
- VonKestrel is a wonderful furre. She claims she's only a collector of midi's. But she collects the best: it's worth a visit.
- Bard of Aether - Interesting keyboard continuities. They stay interesting even after repeated hearing. He could play at my feast anytime.
- Kao Atlantis offers one-stop shopping for all your Furc music needs. His collection of music patches is unbeaten.
- Kuramia has a trio of unique midi patches for Furcadia, which can always be used non-furrily.

Dragon Book	A set of [non-religious] organ pieces using interesting harmonies and textures, titled to offend, in case they're ever played in a church.
The Bath Song	Three naked male hobbits sing this one in LotR.
In Western Lands Beneath the Sun	Samwise the Hobbit sings this wearily after Frodo's death, when he is lost in the Tower of Cirith Ungol, his own vain journey over.
Toccata from Widor's 5th Symphony	Ath plays this one. Better than this guy, anyway.
The Lost Chord	By Arthur Sullivan (of Gilbert & Sullivan fame). It's pretty and they played this at Ath's little brother's funeral in Mar, 2000. He was an organist himself, too.
Maybe Death's Bright Angel	Ath's arrangement of Sullivan's tune.
Amazing Grace	Recorded on request. The setting is Ath's, though :)
