I've decided to hold a contest, just for the sake of having fun. NEW! Due to a slow trickling in of entries, I've decided to extend the deadline. I'd really like to see more people get in on this. Remember, just because I don't have an example of a character here on dA, with the exception of Beck, so far I have every character up in my FA gallery. I've just been kinda busy and haven't been able to focus on making reference sheets for all of my characters.
There will ultimately be three "winners." The prizes will be as follows:
oFirst Prize: Full colour request, up to three characters.
oSecond Prize: Either a Full colour request of up to two characters, or an inked request of up to three characters.
oThird Prize: Full colour request of one character, or an inked request of up to two characters.
So what, pray tell, are the parameters of this contest? To draw any of my characters. That's the only requirement. They can be doing whatever you want, whether it be silly, serious, or even sexy. You can even stick your own characters in the pic if you want. And, because I know not all of you are familiar with my characters, here's a list of everybody:
oKenneth - White Ermine
oTrent - Red Fox
oMr. Boots - Black and white Cat [Example]
oBeck - Euro
oZeke - Grey Wolf
o(And because I'm in a particularly odd mood) Jamie and Adam - Walrus and Meerkat, respectively. [Example]
I should have full colour references up for all characters within the next few days. I'm still in the process of getting stuff snapped and posted. All submissions will be listed here. Post your submissions on your dA or FA galleries and send me a note there (My galleries are listed on the right) or email me.
