Bio: Jabil is a thief who lives in the Lower Sector. He was raised by his grandmother who was very poor, so he learned how to be an effective thief growing up. He eventually gets caught and because of his well known physical strength, he is forced to train Angela as punishment.

Jabil is a smart ass who doesn't take things very seriously most of the time. He spends his time training, stealing, and flirting most of the time. In the beginning he's very rough on Angela but the two eventually become friends.

He has no special abilities aside from higher than normal physical strength.
