Bio: Fei was born in the Lower Sector at a time of war. He never knew his family and was raised by a group of rebels who were eventually killed while fighting the war. Fei is self centered and cynical most of the time mostly due to his negative outlook on life.

He meets Angela during her training with Jabil and at first strongly dislikes her. He's aware of who she is and sees her as a tool of the government. But he eventually gets past that and befriends her.

Fei doesn't have any special abilities, while he can fight, he doesn't have any special weapons aside from a sword one of the rebels gave him. After the Lower Sector arc he starts to fight alongside Angela.
