I have had this furry rock band on my hard drive for years without doing the final touches. But finally, I fixed up these two pictures. The style is deliberately a bit more 'raw' than on my other work. Their sound, as I imagine it, resembles Blindsides, but the singer have a bit deeper voice.

Poster
This started with that I though that a lion with dreadlocks would look cool. When done with the drawing I went 'Hey, this guy looks like a rock star', so I made up and drew the other band members as well.

I won the monthly VCL competition with this one! Woohooo!!
During WW1 there where a lot of generals that spent much time moving around markers on maps, but had no idea what was really going on at the front. This picture is dedicated to all of them and their followers in later days.

A small ascii-art story featuring Amlin Wolf. I started out by trying to do a Amlin with very few characters. Then I tried different expressions and, hey, I can do a small story with this!

Playing with fire
I experimented with light and shadow on this Jackal guy.
I wanted the appearance to be pretty far from the usual Anubis cliché. (Not that I don't like Anubis. He's dead cool).
Actually, the muzzle became a bit to dog-like I think.
I changed the colour on the line art to make it work against the dark background.
That made it appear a bit less like a coloured drawing and more like a painting or something.

Amlin
Just the same self portrait as on the main page but in higher resolution. I had to do several sketches before I made one that I was happy with. It was hard to make the legs look like he is walking towards you. I am still not fully satisfied with the result, but the colouring helped that effect a bit. On the other hand, I am very satisfied with the head and the jacket.

Amlin badge
This is a mod of the badge in the Amlin logo. Less rust and more chrome. It is actually the same picture, but with one Photoshop layer removed.
