Steward's Statistics
Full name: Tobias Eddie Steward Before you read on, take a gander at my animation universe text I created my very own universe regarding the three species that exists on Earth: Humans, Hybrids and Toons (A and B subtypes). I invented everything up myself and some people already have said nice things about it. It will give you a better understanding on my Toons in general. Please note that what you read in it only pertains to MY characters and my stories! it doesn't apply to what you see on TV. Everything in it is ORIGINAL and invented up by me! Description: A B Toon, he is predominately orange with white areas on his face, muzzle, hands and a small patch on his stomach. He has a red nose and semi erect ears, which fold in front of his face. He is part Toon dog, and part Toon cat. He isn't a REAL dog or cat. The only feature he has that resembles a cat is his long cat-like tail. However, other than that, he doesn't look anything like a dog or a cat. Personality: At first glance, you'd think he's a strange guy, but once you get to know him, he's quirky, intelligent, funny (only when he wants to be), and very loyal to his family. He'd go to great lengths to impress Chris. Toons don't like being alone and he wouldn't know what to do if Chris decided to leave him. He can get angry very quickly and won't hesitate to punch someone if necessary. Because he is a Toon, he will bark, meow and do other dog/cat things without even realizing it. Biting is a common defense trait he uses on duty. All those bumps to the head he endured when he was younger probably contributed to brain damage later on in life, which probably causes him to do these things. Idge (as a Teen) doesn't have as much of these dog/cat tendencies than Toby. Background: Born in a modest home in New York City, Michael was different than his parents. he was a B Toon. His parents were humans. They soon found out he was very smart too. He developed alot faster than humans, as all Toons do, and was very happy. However, his cool lifestyle was shattered when his parents moved away and forgot all about him! He came home after playing somewhere (he was 5 at the time) but the house was completely empty. Toons do not like being alone, so he left the house, sniffling to himself. He wandered around the city depressed until he made his way into the dumps, where he met an A Toon who looked like him. Well kind of. He had a black nose and was younger than him. The guy was nosing around in the garbage. He also looked like he didn't have a home, and since both of them didn't want to be alone, they became best friends. The little guy didn't have a name, however, so Mike called him Idge, short for Idgit, which means...something. Together, they lived a somewhat nice lifestyle. They wandered around, stealing stuff to eat and stuff like that. Mike had lots of work to do, however. Idge ate a lot more than he did, and he had to work harder to bring lots more food home. One day, when he was alone trying to get some food, an older B Toon hound dog noticed him from behind a corner of a building. He was also living on the streets, and decided to steal the other kid's food. He purposely 'accidently' ran into him after he stole the food and managed to run off. However, he didn't think the kid could catch up to him. He soon had a likening to the kid and introduced himself as Digger Esquire. He took Mike to see the rest of his gang. There was Davie, a high strung rabbit Toon, (Who later made an appearance in Steward's Twin Brother, a story I wrote. If you want to read it, go to Steward's Stories and you can download it from there) Bill, an odd looking cat, and a no name fellow who was a Toon dog. All the Toons are B Toons. The last member was a Hybrid, named Kate. All of them were much older than Mike was, but he soon made friends with this guys. Digger, who was the leader of the group, soon taught Mike the tricks of the trade to stealing and such. They were so successful, however, that they were on the wanted list. However, as the years went on, Digger soon resented the kid, for he was a threat to his leadership. Although the kid was younger, he had the intelligence and mannerisms of an adult. Mike knew this, and thus left the gang to live someplace else. He does pop in now and then and talks to them, but he comes and goes whenever he wants to. By the time he was 15 years old, he was alot taller than an average 15 year old kid. His whole life changed when he happened to come across two A Toon cats, all younger than him. Not caring about them at first, he ditched them after they tried to get him to return something he 'borrowed.' He accidently met up with them again later on, and it was about this time when a relationship started to form between the older of the two Toons (Candy). The other Toon is Susan. (I named them both after real life friends of mine. Don't worry. I asked their permission first) He quickly established himself as the leader of the four (including Idge), partly because he's the oldest and smartest. One thing led to another until they (not Digger and the gang) left for Waterloo.
During the time between being in NYC and arriving in Waterloo, our hero mysteriously changed to an A Toon for no apparent reason. Now that everyone is an A Toon, they lived in Waterloo for years without ever growing older. His second best friend was probably Candy (she was the 2nd oldest of the four) even though they argued pretty much every day. It's all a case of "I want to be leader syndrome" but she never did become one. Most of his plans did in fact work but sometimes they don't, so he usually calls on her to think of something. She often didn't obey orders. They liked to annoy G.D. , a B Toon adult dog for no reason, but they only annoyed other people if they did something bad to them or picked on one of the gang members. Sue (the third oldest) was Candy's 'sidekick,' but usually she stayed on the guy's side. Unlike Candy, she always obeyed his orders and she's usually hanging around Idge all the time, eating or whatever. Idge (the youngest) didn't talk much, and kept acting like a dog all the time. Everyone else soon referred to him as their 'pet,' and absolutely hated it whenever someone calls him 'stupid.' Then he'd turn into a snarling force to be reckoned with and beat the heck out of whoever said that. He'd even do it to his own friends if they said that word to him! He loves eating. A couple of months after living in Waterloo, Candy and Sue went on a 'trip' and never returned since. Now alone with Idge, Toby (the girls changed his name for apparently no reason) soon learned how to be a responsible Toon. He also changed back to a B Toon one night without him noticing it until the morning. Idge likewise changed too. When he was 16 years old, he married Crystal (still don't know her last name yet), who is Pete's cousin (Pete and his family are another group of characters I created so I can have cameos too). One year older than him, they met when he was still an A Toon but she left and didn't come back until later. Now faced with an even greater responsiblity, he had to have a job to support everyone. He became a laywer (he never went to school but he's smart) and soon became a very successful laywer. Not long afterwards, Lester B. Steward was born. A hybrid, he doesn't really care about his dad much. Melanie was born later. She inherited her dad's intelligence. Not contented to just being a lawyer, Toby signed up for the WPD. he only did that to show people that Toons can handle jobs just as good as Humans, and to disprove the theory that all Toons are crazy. However, being a cop was fun, so he quit being a lawyer and became a full-time officer. Later, he adopted Idge for the first time. Idge as 17 year old pretty much lost his doggie tendenacies he had when he was a kid, but now Toby is doing it, although it is most likely the fact that he has brain damage. His second best friend is Chase, a Hybrid with long dog ears. His best friend is, and still is, his 'dad.' Although he's now adopted and should call him 'dad,' he still does call him by his first name. He hates his name but sticks with it 'cause that's what his 'dad' named him. Growing older didn't affect his appetite, however. He still eats alot. He also has a computer and often plays games over the phone lines with Chase.
His first partner was a human named Timothy Walkens, who didn't even want a partner. Tim had a German Shepherd Dog partner as part of the K-9 corps. The dog's name is Rex. However, he was killed on duty not long after and Rex was handed to his partner as his new handler. Steward (only the other cops called him by his last name) 's new partner was and still is, a Hybrid named Diana Ross (not the singer!) who was the only one who volunteered to be his partner, given the fact that she was a Hybrid. Actually, she was the ONLY Hybrid in the force, just as Steward is the only Toon in the force, but she had 99% human features, so everyone thought she was a human to begin with. They had a couple of false starts in the first couple of cases, but soon realized what a good team they were. They won numerous awards for best team of (insert date here). Rex also won awards. Being a detective is no walk in the park, off course. He has shot numerous times but survived all of them. (he's just very lucky) he also had his fair share of beatings and bashings. Thus he spends probably alot more times in the hospital than he does at home. In fact, the hospital named a wing to him. He was promoted to Detective two years afterwards, with Ross being promoted a couple of months after him. He loves murder cases, for no apparent reason. He also gave Idge (who is now all grown up) an A Toon dog (four legged kind) to replace his dead rabbit. Idge named the dog Sparten. He later finally met his parents who abandoned him and while he still hates them for leaving him, he is also glad to see them. However, he finds out much later that his parents weren't his real parents. He was adopted, and his attempts to find his real parents have been unsuccessful. He met Digger recently, after a long time of not seeing each other and are now friends. Digger is not married. Toby's neighbour is a B Toon wolf named Willy. Willy used to drive him crazy with his stupidity but now are friends too. Willy has a pet Boa Constrictor named Harold (as seen in Steward's Twin Brother) and two very expensive sharks (small species) in an aquarium.
