Hello and welcome to the Toby & Idge Ring! I made this Webring Site as a token to honour my Toon mascot, Tobias Eddie Steward, a B Toon dog/cat. Although he only exists in my memory, stories and in pictures, a number of people have already expressed their interest and love to the coolest Toon in history. Well, that's what I think anyway. :) .

To qualify for joining the Toby & Idge Ring you must have all of the following:

• The page you are submitting must be your own.
• The page you are submitting must NOT contain any adult stuff.
• You MUST like either my mascot and/or his sidekick! You must state somewhere on your page a sentence or two about either Toby or Idge, saying whatever you want. It can NOT be any bashing of my characters, however. I am NOT expecting anyone to write a whole fanpage on him (although that WOULD be nice :) or a dozen paragraphs about them. Just saying 'Toby is cool!' is good enough for me! :D
• The page you are submitting must contain the Toby & Idge Ring fragment within a week of submission.

  If your site passes all of the above qualifications then please fill out the form below and submit it. Your request will be placed in The Toby & Idge Ring queue and your page will be reviewed at which time you will receive an e-mail message accepting or rejecting (a reason will be supplied) your submission:

  Keywords:	Enter up to 20 keywords to describe your site.
  Description:	Enter a short description of your site.

  Next, copy and paste the code onto your webpage and edit it. Where ever you see _SITE_ID_HERE_ replace it with your Site ID (supplied to you when you submit your site to the Webring) Replace SITE_OWNER_EMAIL with your E-Mail address. Replace Your_Name_Here with your name or an alias.
  

Next, download the picture that is used as a background for the fragment. It can be hard to find against my background wallpaper but if you can see where the background ends and where the picture begins. It is also a GIF image, so you can right click on it to see if it is the picture you're supposed to get.

Make sure you EDIT the HTML fragment to whatever logos you chose! The first img src section should be the one for the 'ring' logo and the next img src section should be the one for the 'next' logo.

If you have done all this and are ready to be approved, EMAIL me at dwolf@tobysteward.com and I will take a look at your site if to see if the necessary HTML fragment and logos are in place. If so, I will add you to the ring!
