ARF: Arch Regional Furs (of St. Louis, Missouri)
	Rules for the ARF List On 10-22-01, we had several incidents on our mailing list. There were several "flames", accusations without just cause. These will not be tolerated on our list. The ARF Council therefore met, and adopted these guidelines: The first offence will be an immediate suspension of subscription rights for 3 months, with a review afterwards, and a possible probationary period to follow. The second will be an immediate 12 month suspension, and a mandatory 3 month probationary period. The 3rd offence is permanent expulsion from the list. These are justifiable, because ARF is set up to further Furry, not to point paws and fingers at others. We do NOT wish to promote this behavior, so we made the second and third offence punishments very strong. Other Furry e-mail lists have MUCH stronger sentences; we are more forgiving.
